I build and run localization operations.

For three years at Digitain I managed 69 language pairs, 8 product lines, and a team of 9 across 50+ markets. Before that, multilingual program support at UNDP Armenia and OSCE/ODIHR. Alongside that, independent work in content, instructional design, and web — covered in this portfolio.
